Opp Police say two women have been hospitalized after being attacked by dogs.

Police say the attack happened Tuesday at an Opp home when a woman went to get her dog that ran into another room with three bulldogs.

That's when police say she and another woman, who owns the bulldogs, were attacked.

The women were taken to Mizell Memorial Hospital; one was then airlifted to a Dothan hospital.

Their conditions are unknown at this time.

The dogs were taken into custody and tested for rabies.
