Victims Speak after Andalusia Police Arrest Man on Burglary and Theft Charges
By Catalina Trivino

Andalusia Police say they've solved dozens of home burglary cases after finding thousands of dollars of stolen property at a man's home.

Andalusia investigators say some of the property stolen dates back to more than a year ago. So far, they've identified at least 15 victims and they're still counting...

Greg Palmer says his four-wheeler went missing for months. Since then, he says he's been very aware as he drove past yards in Andalusia. Until one day he stumbled across one yard, one police say belongs to Terry German.

"[I] picked up broke down truck the day before yesterday and as I picked it up I went on down the road to where I had to carry it to and I saw a four-wheeler in the yard. It caught my attention and looked like mine," Said Palmer.

Police say the vin number was a perfect match. Investigators say Palmer is one of more than a dozen victims who've had property stolen. Police say they found stolen furniture, powertools and electronics in and around German's home.

Toka Jackson's home was also hit as it was being built across the street -- she says she lost more than a thousand dollars worth of property.

"Half the flooring was gone and then we noticed our fan was gone and then when we went to put up the light fixtures we noticed a ceiling fan was gone," Said Jackson.

Investigators say German is charged with Burglary, Theft and Breaking-And-Entering. They say he could have up to 20 charges against him.

We asked police if there were any others involved in these thefts -- they chose not to comment.

Andalusia Police will hold a news conference on Thursday. Alabama News Network will keep you updated on any new information.
