Ambulance Flips on U.S. Highway 231 in Pike Co.An ambulance transporting a pregnant woman has crashed on U.S. Highway 231 near mile marker 85 in Pike County. State Troopers say three people were hurt, but their injuries don't appear to be life-threatening. The crash happened as a pregnant woman was being taken to a Montgomery hospital. A nurse and the ambulance driver are now undergoing treatment at Troy Regional Hospital. We don't yet know why the ambulance crashed. Most Viewed
