Work stopped in February when officials say the contractor ran out of money.

Now Principal Marvin Lowe says new contractors will begin work by the end of the week.

He says hopefully, the gym will be ready for graduation.

"It's a morale booster for everybody: students, faculty, staff and the entire community. Everybody in the district, at least in Bullock County, are product of the school system, and to see this new facility erected on campus is morale booster for everybody to watch education move in the right direction," says Lowe.

Graduation is scheduled for Saturday, June 2.
