From the CBS 8 Troy Newsroom--  A train hits a car in Troy this afternoon.

Police say the back bumper was ripped off the car on Dean Street.

No injuries were reported, and there was no damage to the train.

Police say a witness told them the driver of the car was using her cell phone when the crash happened.

Driver Briana Hoten tells CBS 8 News she didn't hear the train, and there was no railroad crossing gate to signal her.

"It happened so fast. I can't even tell you how it happened. The only thing I know I was hit, and I heard the train horn. I'm just blessed to be here," she says.

Police say no charges are being filed.
