The program is run for NASA by Penn State University. It will give the Troy consortium access to some of the best teacher training programs for science, technology, engineering and math.

The program has about 75 partners in 38 states and Puerto Rico. Members work with NASA's education wing to provide high quality math and science teacher training to educators. They also work to bring resources and special trainers to the area.
