We have a guilty verdict in the capital murder trial of a Dallas County man.

Johnny Dukes was found guilty in the death of three-year-old Rozhay Butler, who was hit by a stray bullet during a drive-by shooting in 2010.

Dukes has been sentenced to life without parole.

Three other men are also facing capital murder charges in the shooting.
