From the West Alabama Newsroom-- Film crews with the movie 'Selma' are finishing up the last of four days of filming in Selma.
Most of the filming in Selma centered around the Edmund Pettus Bridge -- and the three major marches of the Selma Voting Rights Movement.
Executive Producer Paul Garnes says crews will wrap up in Selma tonight then be in Montgomery tomorrow ready to start filming.
"Yeah. It's very much like the circus," said Garnes. "We come into town with a caravan of trucks and equipment and people, set up, deploy and shoot what we have to shoot and wrap it all up and move to the next place."
Garnes says they'll shoot scenes for Dr. King's speech on the steps of the state capitol in Montgomery.
