Selma Woman Gets 21 Years in Murder-for-Hire Case

From the CBS 8 West Alabama Newsroom--- A Selma woman is sentenced to 21 years in jail in a case of murder for hire-- and insurance fraud.

Marie Billingsley was convicted of taking out an insurance policy on a woman without her knowledge in 2007-- and then trying to have the woman killed.

Billingsley was found guilty of solicitation-to-commit-murder, conspiracy-to-commit-murder and three counts of forgery back in December.
