The person-of-interest wanted for questioning in a triple-murder is now the wanted suspect in the killings-- but it’s not the first time he’s been suspected of a homicide with multiple victims. Deandra Lee was charged with killing Davon Tyre and Ramone Hale-- and shooting Ken Prevo in the throat in 2008. A jury found Lee not guilty of the murders or the shooting in March of last year. After the trial family members of the victim told CBS 8 News that the jury had let a killer back on the streets. Keyonsis Moore is Davon Tyre’s cousin. “I have a hole in my heart that has not been closed since '08 and when 2011 came and the trial went on, I felt like justice wasn't served then,” she said. Lee is currently out on bond in Dallas County on weapons and resisting arrest charges. A manhunt is underway to find him.
