Two Men Charged with Capital Murder in Selma

Two men are behind bars in connection with a murder in Selma.

Police say 18-year-old Joseph Agee III and 19-year-old Marquel Woods are charged with capital murder in a fatal shooting on Friday.

Police say Agee was trying to rob an unnamed victim of drugs at the Pure gas station on Broad Street.

Police say the victim was shot while driving out of the parking lot and then crashed.
