CBS 8 Sports Analyst John Longshore was on CBS 8 News at 6:00 to talk about Kentucky's victory in the NCAA men's basketball championship and to look ahead to spring football at Alabama and Auburn.

Longshore says Kentucky has a lot to be proud of in claiming its eighth title, after a hard-fought victory over Kansas.

As for spring football, both Alabama and Auburn hold A-Day scrimmages on April 14. Longshore is looking at Auburn's quarterback situation, to see who may get the starting position in the fall.

He's also looking ahead to The Masters, where Tiger Woods is one of the favorites.
