CBS 8 Sports Analyst John Longshore was on CBS 8 News at 6:00 to preview A-Day in both Tuscaloosa and Auburn.

He says there are quarterback questions at both universities. At Auburn, he'll be watching A-Day to see who steps up to become the favorite to get the starting job in the fall.

At Alabama, starting quarterback AJ McCarron may be ready to go, but Longshore says there's no obvious backup if McCarron ever gets hurt during the season.

Both Alabama and Auburn will be under new offensive coordinators this season, so Longshore expects to see some new plays.
