NEW ORLEANS (AP) — In case you missed last night's NFL game the Saints beat the Eagles 28-13. The result leaves each team with a record of three wins and five defeats. Drew Brees (breez) tossed a pair of TD passes in the win. He has now TD passes in 51 straight games, which extends his NFL record.

UNDATED (AP) — There are just three NBA games on tap this evening. In Chicago the Bulls are playing host to Orlando while Toronto is at Oklahoma City and Denver is home to Detroit.

MIAMI (AP) — Ray Allen of the Miami Heat joined some select company last night as he passed the career mark of 23,000 points scored. He is just the 24th-player in NBA history to accomplish that feat. Allen's new team, the Heat, beat Phoenix last night 124-99.

MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) — Kansas State coach Bill Snyder is hopeful injured quarterback Collin Klein will be able to play in next Saturday's game at TCU. A Heisman Trophy candidate, Klein, was hurt during the third quarter of the No. 3 Wildcats' 44-30 victory over Oklahoma State on Saturday. Snyder did not discuss the nature or severity of the injury, but all indications point toward a possible concussion.

NEW YORK (AP) — Negotiators in the NHL labor dispute are returning to the bargaining table today. Reps for the two sides met Saturday, marking their first meeting since Oct. 18. Today is the 51st day of the lockout.
