NEW ORLEANS (AP) — The New Orleans Hornets have signed former Miami Heat guard Terrel Harris to a 10-day contract. Harris appeared in seven regular season games with Miami this season, averaging 1.4 points and 1.3 rebounds in 4.1 minutes before he was waived in early January.
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — The Crimson Tide has rolled right out the doors of the University of Tennessee visitor center. DULUTH, Ga. (AP) — Georgia snapped No. 22 LSU's seven-game winning streak with a 71-53 victory in the quarterfinals of the Southeastern Conference tournament last night. Jasmine Hassell scored 19 points and Tiaria Griffin added 15. The Lady Bulldogs will face No. 7 Kentucky in the semifinals today.
