Anjuli couldn't be happier to be a part of the CBS 8 News team. She joined our newsroom in August of 2009 as a general assignment reporter. A born-and-raised Floridian, Anjuli is excited to explore Alabama, and all the southern charm it has to offer.

 

Don't hold it against her, but Anjuli hails to the Orange and Blue. As a graduate of the University of Florida, she earned her degree in Telecommunication. She promises to keep the Gator chomping to a minimum!

 

In Gainesville, Anjuli served as a reporter and anchor at the university's television station, WUFT-TV. She loved getting to know her community inside and out, and can't wait to do the same here in Montgomery. Anjuli also had the opportunity to intern at two different stations during her time in school. She first interned at WFLA in her hometown of Tampa, Florida, and later did an internship at WTVF in Nashville, Tennessee. Both were invaluable experiences, and only reinforced how amazing her job really is!
