Animal Enrichment Day – Winter 2014
From zoo animals to our pets at home and even including us, we all need enrichment. Come to Animal Enrichment Day at the Montgomery Zoo on Saturday, February 22 from 10 am 2 pm. It’s a chance to smell a new scent, taste a new flavor, play a new game or figure out a challenging puzzle or game. The result is to stimulate behaviors resembling those for that species in the wild. It is a lot of trial and error, but it is always fun.
