Does Eating Slowly Mean Eating Less?

Eating slowly does not help most obese people eat less.

Researchers at Texas Christian University studied the impact of eating speed on normal-weight and obese people.

They found only normal weight subjects had a significant reduction in calorie consumption when asked to slow the speed of their intake.

Both groups felt less hungry later after they ate slowly.
