Second Person Arrested in Deadly Bar Shooting

A second arrest has been made in a shooting at a Montgomery bar and grill that left two people dead and six others injured.

Police say 25-year-old Darius Thomas surrendered to authorities and has been charged with two counts of capital murder.

Authorities have said 22-year-old rapper Glenn Thomas, known as “Doe B.,” and 21-year-old Troy University student Kimberle Johnson were both fatally shot Dec. 28 when a dispute involving the rapper escalated to gunfire at the Centennial Hill Bar and Grill.

Police have already arrested 25-year-old Jason Quan McWilliams in connection with the shooting.

Both men are being held without bond in the county jail and it’s unclear if they have attorneys.

City officials closed the business soon after the shooting.
