The Tie and Doll Program is a youth empowerment and mentoring program for young men and women ages 10 to 18. The program seeks to build the participants‘ self-esteem and empower them to lead courageously, give generously and enrich themselves culturally so that they can make intelligence choices and be positive influences in their respective communities.
