A third lawsuit has been filed in connection with the deadly December shooting at Centennial Hill Bar & Grill that left 3 people dead and 5 others injured. The latest lawsuit was filed Thursday on behalf of 24-year-old Richard Davis, who was injured in the shooting.
Â
The bar and its owner, Nicole Bankhead, are named as defendants in the suit.
Â
This is the third lawsuit filed in connection with the deadly shooting. Attorneys for Keldric Landon, Clarence Young and Ferro Bennett are also suing the bar and its owner.
Â
The lawsuit from Collins also lists the security company hired to work at the club that night as “fictitious defendants.”
Â
All seek a jury trial and unspecified damages for suffering and injuries. The bar’s owner has not returned calls asking for comments on the lawsuits.
