Omega 3 Fatty Acids Can Help Improve Your Brain Health

A new study in the journal Neurology found people who had higher levels of omega 3 fatty acids, which are found in fish oils,  had larger brain volumes in old age.

They found the difference was equivalent to preserving up to two years of brain health.

A lot of the increased brain matter was in areas that play a key role in memory.
