BPA Levels Can Indicate Prostate Cancer

The Cincinnati Cancer Center has found that levels of BPA in men’s urine can be a sign of prostate cancer.

Bisphenol – A, or BPA, is an environmental pollutant used to make the hard clear plastic found in many food containers.

Researchers found that low levels of BPA exposure in men can cause changes in prostate cells.

BPA has previously been linked to neurological defects, diabetes, and cancer.
