Vitamin D Benefits Still in Doubt

Scientists have led hundreds of trials on the health benefits of Vitamin D – but the latest research says the evidence is still shaky.

Previous tests have indicated Vitamin D could reduce the risk of a number of diseases including multiple scleroisis, autoimmune disorders, and cancer.

But two new studies in the British Medical Journal say the evidence is inconclusive and that more tests are needed.
