Lack of Sleep Increases Stroke Risk
Lack of sleep may increase your risk of stroke.
That’s according to a new study published in the american heart association journal “stroke.”
Researchers in taiwan looked at the health records of more than 85,000 people.
They found that, over four years, people diagnosed with insomnia were 54% more likely to be hospitalized by a stroke.
Findings show the risk seems particularly dangerous for young adults.
