Vaccines Save 700,000 Lives Over 20 Years
A new government report estimates vaccines will save the lives of more than 700,000 American children born during the past 20 years.
The report also shows that the immunization program will prevent 21 million hospitalizations.
Yet despite the program’s success, there have still been more than a dozen measles outbreaks this year.
