Balloon Release for Missing Children Held in Montgomery

The mother of a Montgomery woman who’s been missing for 10 years says she’s not giving up on finding her daughter.

She’s holding a balloon release in her honor and still searching for answers.
La Quanta Bouldin disappeared in December 2003 at 19 years old.

Her mother, Pam Bouldin says she got a voicemail from her about a week later.
Montgomery Police say they’ve never had any real leads in the case.
May 25th is National Missing Children’s Day.Â

Families across alabama are hosting events leading up to it to bring awareness to missing family members across the state.

Children who attended the event received free identification cards…to help find them faster if they’re ever reported missing.
