The Controversy Surrounding Lincoln Cemetary in Montgomery Continues

   

The controversy surrounding Lincoln Cemetary in Montgomery continues. Two more board members of the rehabilitation authority are expected to resign tonight. The controversy began when the city allowed a burial to take place earlier this month. City ordinance says burials can only take place in a “lawfully established cemetery.”  But the grave yard falls in the registry of those neglected since June of 2010.
