Third Person Arrested in Montgomery Murder Case
A third person has been arrested in a Montgomery murder case.
Police say 17-year-old Rodrick Bagby has been charged with capital murder in the death of Nathan Dasher.
Dasher was killed in the 2500 block of Highland Avenue last Tuesday.
Police have also charged Frederick Simmons and a 13 year-old-boy with murder in connection with the case.
