Troy police arrest a man for child pornography. Chief Jimmy Ennis says 37 year old Douglas Edward Hale has been charged with Possession of Child Pornography. Detectives say that they searched his computer and found child pornography.
He is at the Pike County Jail on a $25.000 bond.
