Clinical Trial Finds Combination of Treatments Best for Depression

A major clinical trial could change the way doctors treat depression. 

A study  finds a combination of cognitive therapy and antidepressant medication is most effective for treating severe, non chronic depression. 
 
Researchers say patients are 30-percent more likely to recover when treated with that combined approach, compared to those who only take antidepressants.
