Two Auburn Players Take Indefinite Leave Of Absence

Auburn head basketball coach announced Friday that redshirt freshman Ronald Delph and sophomore Alex Thompson have taken “an indefinite leave of absence.”
Thomson played in 20 games last year and averaged 1.0 points per game and 1.5 rebounds per game. He played an average of 7.8 minuted per game. He was given a scholarship prior to the Tennessee game last year. He was 12 of 24 from 3-point range last year. He is from Dothan, Alabama.
Delp was a 7-foot tall center who sat out last year with a redshirt. He attended IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida before going to Auburn.
