ASU Facing Some Legal Issues
ASU is also facing some legal issues. A food company says President Gwendolyn Boyd threatened to cancel the company’s contract with the school unless they provided free food for her innauguration this week, The company sent a letter to the ASU trustees accusing boyd of threatening to cancel the company’s contract after it wouldn’t commit to provide twenty thousand dollars in food and catering for her inaugural.  But  the Faculty Senate President says he was in a meeting where the company offered up to 15 thousand dollars in services and a university official mentioned 20 thousand in jest
