Less Sitting Could Extend Your Life

If you spend less time sitting, you can extend your life.

That’s according to a new study published in the British Medical Journal.

Researchers analyzed the DNA of about 50 overweight, and sedentary seniors and found that the more physical activity they did, the better they could protect their chromosomes against the effects of aging.

Scientists say more research, including a larger test group, is needed.
