High-Fat Dairy Could Lower Diabetes Risk

High-fat dairy products may actually lower the risk of type-2 diabetes.

A new study from Sweden found those who ate the most high-fat dairy products, such as milk and cream, had a 23% lower risk of developing type-2 diabetes than those who ate the least amount.

Researchers say their findings suggest that unlike animal fat, dairy fat may offer some kind of protection against the disease.
