Americans Waistlines Growing

American waistlines are getting bigger and bigger.  

Researchers at the CDC looked at data from more than 32,000 people.  

They found the average waist circumference increased from 37.6 inches to 38.8 inches over the past 15 years.  

In addition to overeating and lack of exercise, doctors say sleep deprivation and certain medications can contribute to the problem.
