Selma Man Pleads Guilty To Manslaughter

A Selma man who was on trial for capital murder has now plead guilty to manslaughter. Dallas County District Attorney Michael Jackson says Kevin Moore has been sentenced to 20 years in prison. He says Moore could have gotten a life sentence or the death penalty if he had been convicted of capital murder. Jackson says Byron Latimore of Selma was shot and killed when Moore opened fire at a car Latimore was a passenger in back in 2009.
