Pike Co. EMA Director Files Lawsuit Against County Commission
The director of the Pike County Emergency Management Agency has filed a sex discrimination lawsuit against the Pike County Commission.
Jeanna Barnes says that she was sexually harassed by County Commissioner Charlie Harris.
She says the harassment and sex discrimination occurred several times between July 2010 and July 2013.
She alleges Harris said inappropriate things to her on multiple occassions, and even went as far as to forcibly hold her still and kiss her.
Harris was cleared of other harassment charges in November 2013.
