Former Perry Co. Commission Chairman Arrested for Domestic Violence

From the West Alabama Newsroom–  Former Perry County Commission Chairman and church pastor — Fairest Cureton — is arrested for domestic violence.

Marion Police Chief Carlton Hogue says Cureton was arrested Thursday — and released on his own recognizance. He says Cureton’s wife filed a complaint Wednesday.

Hogue says Cureton is charged with domestic violence assault third degree. He says a court date has been set for November 13th.
