State Troopers Conducting Manhunt in Prattville/Millbrook

MONTGOMERY – At approximately 7:40 a.m. today, Oct. 15, an Alabama State Trooper stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on Interstate 65 near the 180 mile marker. A passenger, identified as Christopher Adam Miller, 25, of Millbrook, fled the scene on foot after narcotics were located inside the vehicle. It was determined Miller had outstanding felony warrants in Texas. He  also had outstanding misdemeanor warrants in Prattville and Tennessee. Troopers conducted a search for the suspect and were assisted by an Alabama Department of Corrections K-9 team, State Bureau of Investigations, Millbrook Police Department, Prattville Police Department and Autauga County Sheriff’s Office. The search concluded just before noon with Miller still at large, but he is not considered a threat to the community. If anyone has information as to Miller’s whereabouts, they are asked to contact the Millbrook Police Department, Prattville Police Department or Alabama State Troopers. None of the vehicle’s other occupants were charged. Miller faces additional charges stemming from today’s incident.
