Traffic Update on Car Crash on Interstate 85 Near Tuskegee
Traffic is running smoothly on I-85 near Tuskegee this afternoon, but that wasn’t the case last night.
Traffic was backed up for miles, because of a 5-vehicle crash near Exit 32 in Macon County.
State troopers say the crash happened around 9:15 p.m. and stalled traffic until midnight. It involved a R-V and a car hauler laded with new Kia vehicles.
Four people were injured, but troopers say those injuries don’t appear to be life-threatening.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
