Man Arrested in Connection with Craigslist Robbery
A man responding to a Craigslist ad allegedly robs a woman in Bullock County. Bullock County Sheriff’s investigators say Jessie James Johnson Junior’s behind bars for robbery. Investigators say the victim, from the Dothan area, posted an ad for hair braiding on Craigslist. Johnson allegedly met up with the victim in Bullock County. Investigators say Johnson got into the woman’s car and told her to drive to his mother’s house. The victim told investigators they reached a dead-end and Johnson allegedly tried to tie her wrists. However, her car ran into a ditch and she was able to escape. Johnson was later identified and arrested. He is currently out of jail on bond.
