Bullock Co. House Fire Belived to be Arson
A home is a total loss after a fire and investigators believe it may have been arson.Â
It happened off Bullock County Road 154 around 7:30 Monday night.Â
Almeria Volunteer Fire Crews were the first on scene but the house was engulfed in flames.Â
Officials say the home owner died a few months ago.
Union Springs Fire crews and the volunteers worked to put the flames out they believe the fire may have been intentionally set.Â
The state fire marshal’s been contacted to investigate.Â
No one was injured.Â
