One South Alabama organization brought joy in a special box. All in hopes to raise awareness and funds

Volunteers were hard at work getting close to 900 boxes ready… to go out the door for a special cause. A fundraiser that will help the Butler County Safe Harbor Child Advocacy Center,
a non profit that helps children who are abused, or have witnessed abuse.

Each box costs seven dollars and includes a full meal. Chicken Shack Chicken Salad, fresh fruit, Pickles, chips, and brownies, and a roll.

Once the boxes are ready they’re packed in cars of volunteer drivers, and dropped off to their designated location.

If you missed an opportunity to get a lunch box don’t worry. Safe Harbor will hold another fundraiser in the Spring.
