Alabama Shakespeare Festival Tree Lighting

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival in Montgomery. People gathered for the festival’s first annual Christmas tree lighting. The 40 foot cypress tree will be on display in front of the theater through the holiday season. Even Santa Claus took part in the festivities!Â
Visitors could also take a free carriage ride through the park, or even keep warm with some hot chocolate.Â
The Alabama Shakespeare Festival plans to make this an annual tradition.
