A South Alabama towns mayor is one of 11 people charged in connection to a prostitution operation.
69- year -old Webb mayor Cecil Rex ard was among those taken into custody and charged with soliciting prostitution.
Webb is a small town just outside of Dothan.
42 year old Don Fyuocnaguyan Jr. of Montgomery were also arrested.
