Selma police have arrested a suspect in a recent shooting.
Napoleon Neely Junior is charged with assault after police say he shot a woman last night in the 14-hundred block of Washington St.
The woman was taken to a local hospital in serious condition.
Police say the shooting stemmed from a previous altercation.
