Christmas Tree Recycling Locations
There will be two drop-off locations for those who wish to recycle their Christmas tree. In Prattville, trees can be donated at the recycling center on 122 Ridgewood Road from now until January 10th, 2015. City officials say the recycled materials will be used for landscaping projects for the upcoming year.
In Montgomery, trees can be donated at various pick-up locations on January 3rd, 2015 between the hours of 9:00am to 3:30pm. The recycled materials will be placed in area reservoirs to help enhanced the fish habitat. For more information on the pick-up locations visit www.montgomeryal.gov.
