The 11th Circuit of Appeals will Consider Don Siegelman’s Conviction
The 11th circuit court of appeals in Atlanta will consider the conviction of Former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman tomorrow.
Siegelman wants the court to overturn his 2006 conviction on bribery charges or at least shorten his sentence.Â
His lawyers say the trial was tainted by a US attorney who had ties to republican politics. Unless a court or the president acts, Â Siegelman will be in prison till 2017. Â
