MPD Respond to a Shooting in the 600 Block of Mill St.

MONTGOMERY — The Montgomery Police Department has initiated a homicide investigation following the shooting death Thursday, Jan. 22, of 26-year-old Keandrew Alexander of Montgomery.
MPD and Fire Medics responded to the 900 block of Mill Street at about 12:33 p.m. after receiving a report that a subject had been shot. There, they located Alexander, who had sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The circumstances surrounding this fatal shooting are under investigation, and no arrests have been made. At this point in the investigation, no additional information is available for release.
